Both in peacetime and in an emergency, Roni feels alone, unsure who she can turn to for assistance. It will be much easier for her to feel confident and a part of her community if she knows the people in the community and what they can offer.
Roni needs to bring the kids home from class, but she has a full schedule at work and home. A personal assistant is looking for someone to pick up the kids on the way back from work. The personal assistant knows the schedules of everyone in the community, where everyone is, and who can help with the children.
Roni feels alone and wants time to enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend without worrying about security - the personal assistant knows all the mothers who have similar interests and are free at the same time as Roni. Roni's personal assistant tells her: If you wait half an hour for the coffee, Adi will also be available, and you can drink coffee together. You share common interests so that you can connect.
Roni needs to replace a light bulb, but she is afraid to leave the children alone, so she will not go out and buy one.
The personal assistant knows who can help replace the light bulb in the community and is available as soon as possible.

We can do this by allowing community members to fulfill their interests and goals they would like to achieve from using the app and thus make accurate and customized connections.

Costs are organized visually and divided into categories, ensuring that you know precisely what you need to pay for and why. Aside from providing certainty, the app also streamlines complex processes and creates small communities. From the Split app, we would like to implement in our app the desire to provide certainty and security. We can provide a sense of security in that the app will allow the creation of small communities (according to age, interests, needs, etc.) in order to maximize the effectiveness of the app for the user, contribute to his sense of identity and belonging.
Clalit active
A personal application that automatically adapts health goals to customer health data, documents achievements, and offers awards. In the app, the user can create a community and compete with others.
In addition to inspiring people to live a healthy lifestyle, the app motivates them with the help of an award-winning competition. As the customer works towards his goals, health coins will accumulate, which can be redeemed for various benefits. From the Clalit Active app, we would like to implement in our app the motivation for action with the help of competition, and the accumulation of prizes that can be used in local businesses and encourage the local economy that is also affected due to the situation. We also think that competition may encourage app activity in the day-to-day routine.
Our scenario:
Persona & context – Roni is 35 years old, a mother of three, married to a military man. Lives in Sderot, close to her husband's parents. By profession she is a hired graphic designer. Roni tries to combine career and family, while facing a tense reality of uncertainty due to the security situation. Originally her family and close friends are from Hadera, but Roni moved with her husband and children to the Gaza Strip due to the proximity to his base and the fact that his parents are from Sderot. Roni Doesn’t know many people in the area, would like to know more mothers and families in her community. Roni feels alone often, she takes care of her children at every moment of the day and must know that they are safe and close to her, in case there is an alarm or the security situation suddenly worsens.
Channel- We sent Roni a prototype of a project we developed in class. The name of the prototype is "Safe Community". The prototype allows Roni to strengthen her connections with the community she lives in. The prototype gives Roni the ability to connect with her community in various ways - Requesting help in keeping the children, initiating social gatherings in the community and more.
Interaction with the system 1- In the app, Roni will sign in, enter her age, her job title, her address, her email, and linked her Facebook and Instagram accounts. In order to tailor activities and people from the community to her interests, she is asked what interests her. Additionally, you can connect with others using the app, initiate joint activities with them, and ask members of the community for daily assistance.
Interaction with the system 2 – When Ronny drops the kids off at their classes, she is immediately worried about where they are and what is happening to them at any given moment, because an alarm might go off. As Ronny opens the app, she sees which mothers are close to her children at that time, and makes sure that one of them is looking after them. Interaction with the system 3- When Ronny returns home and ensures her kids are with a responsible adult and are safe, she still feels a little alone, and wants to do something fun while the kids are in classes. She opens the app and initiating a social gathering by inviting people from the community to practice yoga in a city park. Several minutes later, she notices a response from some women in the community.
Happy ending- Roni is satisfied because she knows that dana, from her community, is watching her children. Roni can be calm and assured that at any given moment she can turn to someone from the community for help. Roni feels more secure since she uses the app.
